This 65 m² apartment, softly decorated, with hardwood floors, high ceilings and terrasse, is situated Villa de Guelma in the 18 arrondissement

The cosy living room has large window for agreeable filtered light with sofa bed for 2 and TV.

The dining table accommodates 4 comfortably. (Cable TV, DVD player VCR and Internet) are also available. Internet access available.

The bedroom has double bed and large closets.
