*Call Centre Operator “Bilingual ENGLISH/FRENCH”
*Previous sales and call centre experience or in a Travel Agency will be appreciated
*Location: Paris

Under the Customer Service Manager Responsibility,
You will be receiving calls and emails from our English speaker customers and converting them into a Travel Trip sale.
Your advice and selling activity is based on Chinaveo’s luxury and innovating Travel Trips

You convert and optimize Chinaveo’s target, according to the objectives fixed by the Sales
Management team.

Position to be applied immediately

Job Requirements

Previous successful experience in the Travel Tours sales (will be appreciated, but not eliminatory)
Have a professional and high quality service customer level
Be a strong and dynamic team player
Good communicator

Have a High School or bachelor level and 2 to 4 years of experience in the phoning sale or the commercialization of Travel Products in front office or by phone (will be appreciated)

You are passionate by the destination, the Chinese culture and motivated by the Tourism?
This job is for you!

Amadeus knowledge or other GDS will be appreciated

English native language or bilingual level is necessary for this position

Type of Contract: CDI.
Salary: based on 13 months + Sales Incentive based on individual and team target
Advantages: Ticket Restaurant and Medical Insurance
Status: Full Time (35H)
