We would like to exchange/swap our independent French RIVIERA HOME fully furnished & equipped, for a fully furnished & equipped house/mansion/villa in london/UK during July 2008.

We are a small Professional Family consisting of 2 adults & 1 Nine years old son,wanting to spend a minimum of 1 month or maximum 2 months in London/UK in a children friendly safe/secure neighbourhood/locality.

1.Our Villa/house is on a land area of 800 sq mts,built up 140 sq mts & consisting of the ground and the first floor.

2.Both the ground and the first floor are independent fully furnished apartments.

3.The ground floor consists of a Bed Room,Lounge,Dinning,Kitchen,Store room,Bathroom and separate toilet.

It opens directly into the garden outside, which has lots of flowers,trees,and two palm trees to string up a HAMMOCK on it.

The First floor,has 2 bed rooms,Dinning,Kitchen,bathroom+separate toilet,balcony,large lounge with a clear open view to the sea and the mountains.

4.There is plenty of space both in the front and the back to put up deck chairs,barbeque.

5.The place is fully equipped with everything,like Gas heating,oven,microwave,mixer,juicer,cutlery,washing machine,fridge,freezer,music systems,T.Vs, DVD players,Portable airconditoner etc.

6.A car can be parked inside the house or even kept outside,which is very safe and secure.

7.The house is just 5 minutes from the best French Riviera sandy flat beaches,and the centre shopping area is also just 5 minutes.

8.There are plenty of things to explore around as also the mountains.

9.Plenty of small restaurants,Casino,bread shop,meat shops,pharmacy,bars around.

10.The place is very calm,quiet and is a posh residential area on the coastal road and can easily sleep 6-8 people if needed.
