Due to accidental fire in february 2007, we sell a farmhouse to be renovated. Located on a 10000 square metres land limited (at the fore front on the picture) from the small road and by a stream parallel to the road in the background. From the left to the right side in the picture :
1) one third of the land planted with walnut trees.
2) the housing building with a big hole in the roof due to the accidental fire. There is a small garden at the forefront and, by the well, a small hut covered with Virginia creeper. Inside is a working pump to supply water from the well.
3) the second separated building (with a garden and a vineyard bower at the forefront) was untouched by the fire. There is water and electricity supplies (the water comes from the city supply). It is unsuited for a living although the front room is equipped and once used for summer stay (shelves, cupboards, fire place, sink). There are big garages at the basement of this building. The first floor (up to the roof) was once used as a tobacco drying room. Sty, henhouse, rabbit hutch + pigeon houses are in the background, towards the stream.
4) one third of the land planted with apple trees.
Possibility to buy a 12000 square-metres agricultural land (not planted) right across the small road (20 m from the road). There is a further possibility to buy two extra agricultural lots (now lying fallow) at an average of 2km from the house. Possibility to buy some old agricultural tools including an old tractor and old lorry.

The house is 200m from the main road going to Moissac (8km) and to Montauban (20km).The name of the bus stop at 200m on the main road is called “La scierie”.
140000 euros
