We would like to introduce you to our Ashtanga Yoga studio in Paris. Ashtanga is a traditional form of yoga originating from Mysore, India. It is dynamic and energizing, creating suppleness, strength and endurance, with the harmonizing of the body, breath and mind.

In addition to our daily classes we offer an annual teacher training/deepening your practice 7 month training, monthly workshops and private yoga sessions.

The yoga room is a luminous space with a wall of windows overlooking a private, calm Japanese Zen garden. The classes are small, giving an intimate feeling and allowing the teachers the ability to address the needs of individual students.
